AGM 28 January 2018 and Special Resolutions

Hello VSHA Members,

Please see the two Special Resolutions for consideration at the upcoming Annual General Meeting that are attached:

1.  for acceptance of the new VSHA Constitution and Bylaws as approved at the November 12, 2017 board meeting 
2.  for acceptance of a minor revision to those Bylaws to allow the number of Directors at Large to revert to 3 - 6 from the revised 4.
